Yash Dayal was left out of the Gujarat Titans while playing XI in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) game against the Punjab Kings in Mohali on Thursday. The young pacer had a terrible performance in a previous match against the Kolkata Knight Riders when Rinku Singh hit him with five sixes in the final to lead his team to victory. Dayal was replaced by Mohit Sharma, who made his debut in the franchise. Skipper Hardik Pandya also returned to the team in place of Vijay Shankar.
