Chris Gale is an artist on and off the field. His amazing power hitting skills made him one of the first T20 cricket superstars. He holds several records in this format, including the highest individual record in this format – 175*. Against the now defunct Pune Warriors India in the 2013 IPL, Royal Challengers Bangalore star Chris Gale hit 175* in just 66 balls with 13 fours and 17 sixes to win the match 263/5. In return, PWI was only able to score 133/9.
He remains the highest individual score in T20 cricket to date. Not only is this one of Gail’s iconic hits, but it’s also the reason millions of RCB fans have stuck with their team despite not winning an IPL title: pure entertainment brought to their TVs by their favorite stars. Gale is currently participating in IPL 2023 as one of the Jio Cinema’s expert commentators. On Saturday, he showed a different side of himself as he wished fans a Happy Bengali New Year. “Amy Chris Gale. Hello Kolkata. Subho Nababorsho. Calcutta, ami tomai bhalobashi (I’m Chris Gale, Happy New Year. Calcutta, I love you).
Here is the Universal Master wishes everyone, Shubho Noboborsho

Chris Gale and E.B. de Villiers are very popular with fans in India and this is mainly due to their tenure in the Indian Premier League (IPL) Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise. Hence, it is not surprising that the party named these two stars as the first two inductees into their Hall of Fame. The franchise’s official Twitter account tweeted a video of Mike Hesson, director of cricket and former skipper Virat Kohli, continuing to induct great players into the Hall of Fame.
AB de Villiers has been an integral part of RCB from 2011 to 2021, while West Indies opener Gale has been with the franchise for six years.
